These classes are designed to make Meditation fun!
We spend an hour meditatiing and the rest of the time answering questions, sharing experiences and offering information on related spiritual growth topics.
Each week we delve into a chakra.
New types of Meditation are taught each week. A combination of chanting, silent and guided meditations fill out each evening.

Time: Mondays 1-2:45 or Mondays 8:15-10:00
Place: 1214 Bellview Street, Burlington
Maximum 6 per class

Cost: $120

About Jennifer Song

Jennifer first discovered Yoga and Meditation at the age of 16. It provided a welcome antidote to the stresses and strains of Professional Ballet training. After more than 30 years of practice and study and 15 years of teaching, Yoga remains a portal to the infinite to explore her connection to the divine.
"As a dancer I demanded performance of my body. As a Yogini I enter into a loving conversation with my body, gently listening for its wisdom and using my inner vision to direct and guide."
Jennifer's favourite form of Yoga to date is Anusara Yoga. Anusara Yoga means flowing with grace and following your heart. It's philosophy speaks of blessing everything that is life enhancing. Through Anusara Yoga Jennifer has learnt amazing alignment principles that have been truly transformative.
Jennifer is also a Shiatsu therapist and a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with a practice in Burlington. She is excited to be joining the teaching team at Moksha Yoga to continue sharing her passion for Yoga.
